Life Adventure by Design is a gathering of spiritual seekers who are ready to dig their hands into the clay of life to create with joy and purpose. 

We help you hone in on what you want most and bring it into being through your intention and attention.

Each class includes some light yoga or Qigong movements, meditation and breathing as well as writing and speaking practices to add clarity and energy to your dreams.

We are inspired by a wide range of teachers and teachings, such as the Law of Attraction (Teachings of Abraham), Marie Kondo, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Han, Pema Chödrön and many more.  

The LAB Designers meet online every other week to create together with power, passion and purpose.
