DESCRIPTION: This day retreat is designed to bring you time and space to soften, breathe and be. Whether you are a working woman/ mother/ student, or all of the above, this day is for you!

We will delve into practices to support the feminine, replenishing and renewing with breathwork, mindful movement, wholesome food, and deep relaxation. We will top the day off with a guided Yoga Nidra to leave you floating on cloud 9.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will walk away with a handful of soulful practices to fill your daily cup.

All equipment is provided, however you're welcome to BYO mat, bolster, block, cushion. Includes a wholesome lunch, tea and treats!
