DESCRIPTION: This Sunday evening, I will share a 45-minute practice for us to come together to Move, Breathe and Meditate for peace for Ukraine. 
We can come together and send love, healing, and support for what’s happening in Ukraine, and other affected countries that are experiencing the pain and suffering of war.
The class is free to join but if you are looking for somewhere to donate to support the people of Ukraine, then I&#039;d recommend:

Move, Breathe, Meditate is suitable for all. 
We begin with centering and intention setting.
Gentle movement and breathing exercises follow to prepare body and mind, bringing you to a more easeful, receptive state for the meditation
Then choose a posture for your meditation (seated, kneeling or lying)
Finish with a 15-20 minute guided meditation for peace
Do as much or as little as feels good.
