Late autumn is such a wonderful time to gather together and nourish ourselves with lovely movement, breathing, essential oils, walking, and heartfelt connection. 

Starting at 11:15 am and ending at 5:00 pm.

☺	Morning Qigong and Yoga Practice
☺	Break for lunch and catching up
☺	Guided stroll in the local area (flat and leisurely) or take time to relax
☺	Learn a little about essential oils and make your own essential oil blend - emphasis on respiratory and digestive health
☺	Restorative afternoon practice with meditation and reflection
☺	Closing 

Teas, coffees, soft drinks, and healthy snacks are provided, please bring your own lunch to enjoy together.
