Deepest Winter is a wonderful time to gather together and nourish ourselves; to feel connected and to nurture our hopes and dreams for the year ahead.

Enjoy lovely movement, breathing, essential oils, self-massage, fresh air, and a heartfelt connection with yourself and each other.

Starting at 10:30 and ending at 5:00.
