2. Eligibility
2.1. Participants must be at least 16 years old to use Calm Studio services. Minors (under 18) must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in the classes and services provided at Calm Studio.
3. Waiver of Liability
3.1. You acknowledge and agree that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, mobility, and sauna use, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, illness, or property damage.
3.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage arising from your participation in any activity, class, or use of facilities.
3.3. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being and to inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in classes or activities.
4. Assumption of Risk
4.1. By participating in our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to risks of injury, medical complications, and exposure to heat in the sauna.
4.2. It is your responsibility to follow all safety instructions and use equipment appropriately.
5. Medical Disclaimer
5.1. Calm Studio services, including yoga, mobility, pilates, and sauna use, are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health or fitness, consult your physician before participating.
5.2. You must not participate if you have a condition that may be adversely affected by physical activity or heat exposure.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Participants must:
Treat staff and fellow participants with respect.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
Comply with all studio rules and instructions from instructors.
6.2. Calm Studio reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual who fails to comply with these Terms or behaves inappropriately.
7. Booking and Payments
7.1. All class bookings and payments must be made in advance through our online system or at the studio.
7.2. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of the class.
7.3. Membership fees, packages, and class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
8. Facility Use
8.1. Sauna use is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
8.2. Users must follow all posted guidelines for sauna use. Overuse or failure to follow guidelines may result in health risks and is done at your own risk.
8.3. Calm Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.
9. Changes to Terms and Services
9.1. Calm Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any services offered at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated via email where applicable.
9.2. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
