No onlookers, no interruptions—just you, your mat, and the sounds of birdsong and breeze through the trees. 🍃 Join me on Sunday mornings, 10–11:15am for flowing movement and a guided grounding meditation in nature every week. 🌞 These soulful sessions offer a true nervous system reset to carry with you into the week. ✨ £12 drop-in / £10 each when booking two or more 📍Directions: Park on Waterfurlong (off Tinwell Road), first right into the allotments. We’re the last garden on the right before the field gate—look for the wooden fence!
