DESCRIPTION: A gentle Wednesday evening class in the garden to pause and relax mid-week. 
Please bring a mat (although I have spares if needed), and some water. My classes remain inclusive and suitable for all levels. 
Please note: Occasionally I bring my quiet greyhound to the garden practice; if you would rather I didn't bring him, please let me know so I can make sure everyone is comfortable.
