Something new to the Yoga Tent Studio...

Sound Bath... which has never been done in this space... which I am very excited to announce Yogi Clare Dawson will be performing for us.

A Sound Bath is a meditative practice, intentionally using sound to invite therapeutic, gentle rest.

When we are around lowered vibrational energy we pick up that frequency and become drained.
Resonance or sympathetic vibration can be used to restore balance. By using sound and intention, the body can reset into vibrational balance, peace, relaxation, stress reduction and increased blood flow.

If you have never experienced this... it is a MUST DO for all yogis to try.
