I love sharing ways to be creative that is calming and intentional for the body, mind and spirit.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, I will be sharing this beautiful meditative practice. I want to share how you escape your mind and ultimately any concern, worry and just simply drop into a place of intuition and flow.

Learn how to TRUST your own capability that you are creative. This class is for anyone you do not have to be creative or have done drawings before. I will teach every step so that you walk away with a new creative skill that you can incorporate into your lifestyle as I have.

After learning how to do many mandala techniques and practising them for a few years now I have found my own natural rhythm and flow doing them. I love doing mandalas in my journal, canvas, home decor... pretty much anything I can find a surface on I love to do them on.
I hope to share this workshop with as many people so you can decorate your world with this beautiful technique of mandala drawing

As we continue to live through this global pandemic we may be required to cancel the workshop to comply with COVID safe guidelines. If this occurs we will reach out to you. We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for the full amount due to fees and charges incurred at the time of the sale, however, we will offer you a refund for approximately 95% of the workshop fee. Alternatively, we can offer you a credit for the full amount.

A practice you totally surrender yourself to the mat. Cultivating ease in overworked muscles. Pressing the reset button with these deeply relaxing and restorative class.

Physiologically, the slow and gentle pace of each practice will help you shift from the “fight or flight” response of the sympathetic nervous system to the restorative “rest and digest” response of the parasympathetic nervous system. This relaxation of the body is assisted through extended holds that give you plenty of time and space to open the body and clear your mind.

Super chill-out Restorative provides the perfect balance to busy lifestyles and intense workouts. By nourishing the body with this restorative practice, you will leave the mat feeling rested and ready to approach the rest of your day.

A powerful vinyasa flow with a strong collection of traditional poses.
It’s a fluid movement not holding any pose for long, just connect with your breathing. You come to class to work the body and surrender in the final pose of Savasana after this flow.

• Your abs might hurt tomorrow as there is a fun ab workout
• You have lots of space in the class
• All props provided including scented eye pillows
• 2 minutes essential oils head massage during your savasana (optional)
• Herbal cup of tea served to you as you wake up from savasana and time to relax after class.... no need to rush off

A gentle practice that helps optimize an active lifestyle.
Here you will learn more about yourself in 60 minutes than ever before.
Long, deep poses that can be held from 3-7 minutes long.
Fully supported with props made available to you to allow your muscles and body to drop down low.

FEATURING: Essential oils that will take you even further into yourself and allow you to escape the mind.
