A short and sweet practice which moves your body through a series of mobility exercises. The "pawanmuktasana" practice aims to loosen and mobilise creaky joints and stiff muscles. This is a great practice to do first thing in the morning. 

This practice is a modification of the formal Pawanmuktasana series. I have adapted it to be done standing and in a shorter duration. I hope you have as much fun with it as I did!
