Jen has been in the fitness industry since 2004. Her love of health and wellness has propelled her into the many facets of the industry. She prides herself on her attention to detail and the knowledge/understanding of how the body works and how to provide safe movement for all levels.

Stephanie has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and a certified teacher since 2006. She believes in integrating whole body and mind awareness into her classes often using breathwork, visualization and meditations. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, owner of Just Breathe Wellness and co-owner of Celestial Wellness.

Meri has been a yoga teacher for 18 years. She is a certified Sivananda yoga instructor and holds certifications in Vinyasa, Chair, and Trauma-Informed yoga. She strives to make yoga approachable, accessible, and enjoyable to all! Meri is a co-owner of Celestial Wellness and is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and owns Sunveda Wellness. She is a student of Sanskrit and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) and loves to integrate all of these teachings into her classes.
