DESCRIPTION: Tantric Asanas are not about perfect shapes — they are about presence.
Each posture becomes a way to feel your energy, to taste the different flavors of life moving through you. In Tantra, nothing is rejected — anger, joy, rest, or resistance — all can be part of practice. Through breath, movement, and awareness, the body becomes a playground of consciousness, where spirituality is made practical, alive, and deeply personal.

During a Yoga Nidra session, you usually lie in a comfortable position, such as savasana. The practitioner is then guided through a series of visualizations and affirmations to relax the body and mind. The objective is to witness a state of calm and meditative consciousness, where you can obtain greater mental clarity, reduce stress and improve the quality of sleep. 

This tool has also been used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.
