This 75-minute session is designed to align with the calming energy of the lunar cycle, featuring Chandra Namaskara (Moon Salutations)—a gentle flow that honors the moon’s soothing energy with fluid movements and deep stretches. We’ll explore pranayama, mantra chanting, and meditation to center ourselves before moving into the moon salutation sequence.
