DESCRIPTION: Group Mat Pilates (4 People – 45 Minutes)

Our small-group Mat Pilates class is limited to four participants to ensure focused attention and high-quality instruction. This 45-minute session incorporates resistance props such as the Pilates Circle, light weights, and a soft ball to deepen muscle engagement, improve control, and enhance overall strength.

The class is set at a moderate level, with modifications offered throughout. Both beginners and more advanced practitioners will receive variations tailored to their needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

Practical Information
• Please arrive 2–3 minutes before class to settle in.
• You are welcome to bring your own socks, water bottle, and towel.
• Inform us in advance of any injuries or medical conditions so we can adapt the session accordingly.

Pregnancy &amp; Postnatal Guidelines
• This class is not suitable during the last trimester of pregnancy.
• If you are prenatal up to 6 months or in your postnatal period, you may join and you will receive appropriate modifications.
• Please email us before attending if you are pregnant, so we can prepare the correct variations for you.
