Goals: Strengthening abs, back, arms & Full Body Workout.
Stretching Calf, Obliques, Hips, Quads and Hamstring at the end of the class will make you feel very good and ready to run pain-free😎
I'll add Balance exercises as well.

- Please join a class when there is a member already attending. It is Group Pilates after all :)
* Classes with only 1 member might be cancelled. You can always bring a friend :)
