I have 22 degrees roto-Scoliosis :) I know and feel your chronic pain & discomfort. All I need from you is your patience and motivation :) Let's work on it together.

This class is for people who have mild and moderate degree of Scoliosis.

We will focus on exercises for strengthening & stretching side and back muscles, elongation, correct alignment, breathing, twists, strengthening core, balancing, mobility and one sided exercises to treat your Scoliosis well.

I'll be cuing throughout the class and I'll be correcting as much as I can see from the screen. If you want extra attention for your specific form of Scoliosis-it is like a our signature right-, please contact me for private class.

If you have severe degree and pain, this class will not be appropriate for you to join.

* Cancel or change a class before to make sure no credit will be taken

- Please join a class when there is a member already attending. It is Group Pilates after all :)

* Classes with only 1 member might be cancelled. You can always bring a friend :)
