DESCRIPTION: This weekend come and salute the sun from the beautiful gardens of the King William in Heydon. 

A great way to start the weekend! The class journey will freely flow across a blend of uplifting postures including sun salutations, gently waking up the body and breath.

Use the class to breathe out the weeks fatigue and to reset to a positive mindset and fresh energy for the weekend ahead.

Please try and arrive at least 10 mins before class starts so we can settle into our space and start on time.
