Expect a warm welcome and a freeing experience where you are guided with gentle kindness to find a place to rest, relax and reconnect with your inner guide and creativity. 

Moon Circles have become a modern way to experience the moon's cycles with intention and clarity. During this women's group setting supporting one another in the empowerment of intention, we will cultivate awareness surrounding themes of growth and letting go through the restful and healing practice of Yoga Nidra.
