DESCRIPTION: New to yoga or returning after a break? This gentle 4-week course is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported from the very beginning.

You’ll learn simple postures, foundational breath techniques, and how to move in a way that feels good in your body—without pressure or overwhelm.
