DESCRIPTION: A special, one off class that will include yoga, essential oils and yoga Nidra.

The aim of this hour long class is to offer you time and space to reconnect with your physical body, your mind and your yoga practice.

Perhaps you recovering from an injury, operation or just haven't been to a yoga class for a while (or ever!)

This class will be the perfect way to spend time moving safely and exploring your body to see how it feels.

You will have the opportunity to try using essential oils to support your nervous system

The class will end with a long yoga Nidra - giving your whole body and mind system proper time to reset, recharge and reconnect.

Bring blankets and cushions for a super cosy class.
