DESCRIPTION: This month's theme is 'boundaries'. We're going to move through different movement sequences and poses and explore our personal movement boundaries. 

This will help you develop a greater awareness of your capabilities and help you to develop a safe practice while improving strength, mobility and balance. 

At the end we will enjoy a long Yoga Nidra to help your nervous system relax, so that you can feel calm and balanced for the week ahead.
