DESCRIPTION: I&#039;m sharing my full body approach to pelvic floor rehab in this 2 hour yoga and movement worksop.

I will share with you the top 10 exercises you should practice daily, guide you through my specially adapt sun salutations and teach you correct breathing techniques.

If you&#039;re recently post natal, have never had a baby or had a baby ages ago - this is for you! It&#039;s for anyone who is suffering with pelvic floor issues such as pain, prolapse, leaking or urgency.

We will explore a variety of yoga movements that will help improve the function of your whole body, increasing joint mobility, building strength and releasing tension in the body and the mind.

During the 2 hours we will move in a variety of ways using the principles of yoga to benefit your whole being.  There will be flowing sequences, moments of stillness and plenty of time to restore with a long relaxation.
