DESCRIPTION: Core and (Pelvic) Floor - safe and sustainable yoga for whole body health

A 1 hour workshop to learn how to engage and strengthen your core safely and effectively.
You will learn how to use the breath to improve your functional core.
You will enjoy a range of safe and sustainable yoga poses to build strength and improve your whole body awareness.

We&#039;ll start off the session with talking about core function and breathing techniques. You&#039;ll learn why it&#039;s important to breathe correctly and how the whole of your core works!

Then we&#039;ll dive into some physical yoga to try it out on your own body!

You will learn:
how to breathe to engage your core
how to relax your pelvic floor with yoga poses and breathing exercises
how to use your breath in yoga to improve your whole body health

There will be a chance to ask questions and get individual guidance.

The workshop will end with a calming relaxation for your pelvic floor and nervous system.

This workshop is FREE for members of the Happy Pelvis Club and available for a one off price of £9.50 for non-members
