A blend of modern yoga and mindful movement to help you build strength, stretch safely and improve mobility. This class will include flowing sequences, breathing practices and relaxation at the end of class.

You will enjoy a variety of movements to help your body move with ease in your daily life. This class is perfect to support your active lifestyle and calm your busy brain.
