A perfect class if you're new to yoga!!!

This is a slow paced class to help you gain a deeper understanding of your body's needs. There will be plenty of time for stillness and breathing combined with mindful movements to improve your posture, balance and mobility.

There will be a special focus on releasing tension in your body and mind.

This class is for you if you are:
- A tired human needing time for yourself
- New to yoga or exercise
- Overworked, stressed and anxious
- Looking for a sustainable practice that will support your whole body health
- Wanting to future proof your pelvic floor health
