Description
A blend of modern yoga and mindful movement to help you build strength, stretch safely and improve mobility. This class will include flowing sequences, breathing practices and relaxation at the end of class.

You will enjoy a variety of movements to help your body move with ease in your daily life.

There will be a focus on core engagement and pelvic floor health - so a perfect class for women in any phase of life.

This class is suitable for all levels. You will be supported and guided to practice safely.
