DESCRIPTION: This is an intermediate/advanced. Iyengar Yoga class.  It is assumed that you have a solid foundation of Iyengar Yoga, attend several classes a week, and have a home practice.  Inversions are always included in this practice.  These include headstand, shoulder stand, and full arm balance.
