DESCRIPTION: This week will offer 5 sequences directly from Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar.  Light on Yoga is the source of our asana practice and the sequences are designed to take your knowledge from one place to the next with strength, stability and understanding.   A wonderful way to deepen your practice into 2023.  Each day will build on the previous practice.  Each session is 2 hours.   One year of Iyengar Yoga experience is required.  

You can sign up for the 5 day series at $120 or for single days at $25.
