DESCRIPTION: Join us for gentle restorative poses, contemplative practice and chanting to welcome the light back into our lives. 

This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, and inversions will be taught. Modifications will be made as necessary for those new to yoga, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Please have a mat, 3-4 blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a belt and a chair available.
