DESCRIPTION: Join Susan for her final class in the Rhinebeck studio and explore some creative ways to use common props. Most of all, let's have some fun!

This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, and inversions will be taught. Modifications will be made as necessary for those new to yoga, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Please have a mat, 3-4 blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a belt and a chair available.
