Description
For beginner students in Iyengar Yoga. The basic alignment of standing poses, forward bends, seated poses and arm positions will be taught. Iyengar yoga brings strength and flexibility quickly and can help with chronic pain.

Be sure to complete your booking. You will receive a REMINDER one day before your scheduled class. If you DO NOT receive this, you are not booked into the class and will need to rebook.
