It will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to 8am and it will be available for the week. Every Monday there will be a new video recording.
Pranayama is the cultivation of energy using the breath. We work with breath awareness, and prop arrangements that facilitate breath awareness. Props required - mat, 4 blankets, bolster, chair.

Not for beginners. A regular practice of yoga postures, shoulderstand and headstand is required.
