Description
When we are physically tired we rest. When we are mentally tired, we move. When our nerves are tired from stress we need to soothe them. This three day workshop will use yoga asanas (postures) to enliven, bring space into the body and mind, for the movement of breath to nourish and calm the nerves.

1 year of yoga experience required. Please have props: a mat, 4-5 blankets, a bolster, blocks and a folding chair, preferably a backless yoga chair as it will be used in every practice.
