Description
This is a beginner level Iyengar Yoga class. The practice will focus on standing poses to build strength, balance and range of motion. Modifications are made for injuries or certain medical conditions. Please have a mat, 3 blankets, 2 blocks, a belt or strap and a chair for this practice.
