Description
This is an intermediate level Iyengar Yoga class. It is assumed that there is a basic knowledge of standing poses, inversions (headstand and shoulderstand) and also preliminary back bends. Please have a mat, 2 blocks, a bolster, 3-4 blankets and a chair for this practice.
