This class is for those who are new to Iyengar Yoga. Sequences are designed to build strength, balance and range of motion. We will practice standing poses that include lateral, forward and twisting positions that bring strength and length to the spine. We will practice seated postures and supported inverted poses that facilitate healthy breathing and build immune support. Modifications are made for injuries or certain medical conditions.

Please have a mat, 3 blankets, 2 blocks, a belt or strap and a chair for this practice. Email if you have any questions.
