Description
This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students and includes an extended restorative/resting period. Basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, and inversions will be taught. Modifications will be made as necessary for those new to yoga, injuries, or certain medical conditions. Please have a mat, 3-4 blankets, a bolster, two blocks, a belt and a chair available.
