Description
This class is for those who are new to Iyengar Yoga. We will practice standing poses, that include lateral, forward and twisting positions that bring strength and length to the spine. We will practice seated postures and supported inverted poses that facilitate healthy breathing and build immune support. Please have a yoga mat, 2 blocks, a folding chair and 3 blankets.
