Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating the female energy into the practice, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. This might get uncomfortable but Yin yoga teaches us how to find comfort in discomfort.
