DESCRIPTION: My goal is to help you improve your mobility by focusing on the health of your spine. As the saying goes, "you are as old as your spine," so we want to make sure that you are taking care of it.

In this class, you will have the opportunity to try new things and see what works best for you. Each week, there will be a variety of exercises and movements for you to explore. It's important to remember to listen to your body and be mindful of yourself throughout the class.
