Anna (Crescent Calm Yoga)
With more than 200h of training, Anna, the founder of Crescent Calm Yoga, is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha and slow Vinyasa flow classes. Through a somatic approach that focuses on the mind-body connection, Anna creates a supportive space where students can explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness.
Description
Start your day feeling grounded and refreshed with our morning yoga session. This class focuses on awakening your body and mind through mindful movements and gentle flows, helping you connect with yourself and set an intentional tone for the day. All levels are welcome!

- This is an online class! Please ensure you’re in a calm space and wearing comfortable clothing so you can focus fully on your practice.
- Everyone is welcome—we embrace diversity and create a space where all individuals feel valued and supported.
- All you need is a mat. If you have additional props like yoga blocks, a blanket, pillow or bolster, feel free to bring them.
- Please arrive on time.
- We ask that you turn your camera on at the beginning of the class to join the welcome. After that, you’re welcome to turn the camera off if that feels more comfortable.
- The session will be recorded, but only the teacher will appear in the recording.
- Class will be held in English or German, depending on the group.
