Beschreibung
Start your day feeling grounded and refreshed with our morning yoga session. This class focuses on awakening your body and mind through mindful movements and gentle flows, helping you connect with yourself and set an intentional tone for the day. All levels are welcome!
Details
- This is an online class! Please ensure you’re in a calm space and wearing comfortable clothing so you can focus fully on your practice.
- We ask that you turn your camera on at the beginning of the class to join the welcome. After that, you’re welcome to turn the camera off if that feels more comfortable.
- Please arrive on time.
No late admissions!
- Everyone is welcome—we embrace diversity and create a space where all individuals feel valued and supported.
- All you need is a mat. If you have additional props like yoga blocks, a blanket, pillow or bolster, feel free to bring them.
- The session will be recorded, but only the teacher will appear in the recording.
- Class will be held in English or German, depending on the group.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Please note that we will not allow anyone to join the class if they do not turn their camera on for the welcome or are unwilling to show their face and share their first name. Even if you have paid for the class, this is a requirement. We are committed to creating a warm, supportive space where everyone feels present and connected.
To maintain a focused and uninterrupted practice, we do not allow late admissions. Even though this is an online class, it is important that we begin together, just as we would in an in-person session. Please make sure to join on time so you can fully immerse yourself in the practice from the very start.
About the teacher
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha and slow Vinyasa flow classes. Through a somatic approach that focuses on the mind-body connection, Anna creates a supportive space where students can explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness.
