After years of working in the corporate world left her feeling burnt out and unfulfilled, she discovered breathwork and found a path back to her authentic self. Kristen is a 100+ hour facilitator and believes in the power of breath to heal, grow and transform, and she is dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with her students. Join her for a breathwork journey and experience the power of your own breath.

In this one-hour session, you will learn how to harness the power of your breath to boost your mood, increase awareness and personal connection, and release stress and anxiety.

Through conscious connected breathing, guided meditation, and intention setting, you will experience a heart-opening, ego-dissolving, and psychedelic-like state of consciousness.

This practice has been shown to improve immune function and provide numerous other physical and mental health benefits.
