Winter Harvey
Meet Winter, the founder of Crown Point Journeys and a true spiritual adventurer. Her journey began with a 500-hr teaching certification in Hatha & Vinyasa yoga at Krishna Village in Australia. Her training was deeply rooted in bhakti philosophy and Krishna consciousness. Winter started teaching yoga on O'ahu in 2017 but her quest for knowledge didn't stop there—she traveled to the sacred lands of Bali, Japan, Mongolia, and India to continue her studies in the shamanic arts, kundalini breathwork, intuitive massage, reiki, yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga for military, and gong sound healing. She has assisted several yoga teacher trainings (200hr & 300hr) in Australia and has led yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions at resorts, retreat centers, and conferences worldwide. Winter earned her second 500-hr teaching certification in Kuala Tantra yoga while studying tantric and shamanic rituals at Durga's Tiger School in South America. She embraced her gift of clairaudience with the natural world and was initiated as a Tribal Detox Kambo practitioner in 2021. She now serves the powerful Amazonian frog medicine during private ceremonies at Crown Point Journeys. Exciting expansion lies ahead, as Winter and her husband, Nick, are relocating to the eco-yoga community, Rise Costa Rica in the spring of 2024. They are currently building a ceremony house to host slow-living retreats. Winter's ultimate mission is to help people find peace through simple living and daily spiritual practice. Guided by the principles of surrender and devotion, this class feels like a long sigh at the end of a crazy day. It's slow and deep. We'll nuzzle into every nook and cranny of your body-mind and unravel what is repressed and stuck.

A hybrid blend of yin and restorative, this practice will build stress resilience and encourage you to listen to the story your body is telling you.
