Winter Harvey
Winter founded Crown Point Journeys and is passionate about spiritual exploration. She earned her 500-hr Hatha & Vinyasa yoga teaching certification at Krishna Village in Australia, grounded in Bhakti philosophy, Krishna consciousness, and Kriya yoga In 2017, Winter began teaching yoga on O'ahu. Her thirst for knowledge and adventure propelled her to trainings in Ecuador, Peru, Bali, Japan, Mongolia, and India, where she expanded her expertise into shamanic arts, kundalini breathwork, intuitive massage, reiki, yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga for the military, and gong sound healing. She's assisted in numerous yoga teacher trainings, both 200hr & 300hr, in Australia. Globally, she's led sessions in yoga, meditation, and breathwork at resorts, retreat centers, and conferences. While immersing in tantric and shamanic rituals at Durga's Tiger School in South America, Winter secured her second 500-hr teaching certification in Kuala Tantra yoga. She honed her clairaudient connection with nature and, in 2021, became a certified Tribal Detox Kambo practitioner. Today, she offers potent Amazonian frog medicine ceremonies at Crown Point Journeys. Come spring 2024, Winter and her husband, Nick, will move to the eco-yoga community, Rise Costa Rica. They are now in the process of building a ceremony house for slow-living retreats and deep detox journeys. At the heart of it all, Winter aims to guide others to peace through simple living and consistent spiritual practice. Stay updated on Winter's journey @blissoutwithwinter.

Guided by the principles of surrender and devotion, this class feels like a long sigh at the end of a crazy day. It's slow and deep. We'll nuzzle into every nook and cranny of your body-mind and unravel what is repressed and stuck.

A hybrid blend of yin and restorative, this practice will build stress resilience and encourage you to listen to the story your body is telling you.

Deep Rest Yoga is suitable for all levels and perfect for students looking for a deeper spiritual connection in their yoga practice.
