Ashley Messur is originally from upstate New York and moved to California 9 years ago to teach high school special education. Ashley has been practicing yoga for many years and obtained her 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification at the House of Om in Ubud, Bali. She also completed a 30hr Yoga Nidra training in San Diego, California as she is passionate about being a student herself, serving others, and creating a space to honor rest and relaxation that is inclusive and accessible to everyone.
Restore. This class combines the power of Yoga Nidra and a therapeutic sound bath, to guide you into a deep state of relaxation, promoting mental and emotional well-being and physical rejuvenation.

During the Yoga Nidra portion of the class, you will be led through a systematic meditation technique that induces complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This profound state of relaxation helps alleviate stress, anxiety, and promotes overall well-being.

Then allow yourself to be immersed in a carefully curated sound bath. Welcoming the vibrations from various instruments to resonate with your body's energy, creating a sonic massage for your senses. The sound bath enhances the meditative state induced by yoga nidra, facilitating a holistic release of stress and tension.

This class is suitable for all levels. No experience is required.

Dress comfortably. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are provided.
