Nicole is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound healing facilitator, and change maker passionate about using the 8 Limbs of Yoga, sound healing, and various other life-enhancing tools to help people rise to their full potential. When this happens, she believes that all living things, including this planet, will benefit. Music and movement have been Nicole’s passions for as far back as she can remember. Growing up in San Francisco as a dancer, gymnast, and musician she spent her free time creating choreography, and playlists and playing keyboard, organ, flute, and saxophone. She eventually took on the band assistant role in school and performed warm-up duties, along with teaching newer students how to read music and play instruments in private sessions. After 12 years of practicing yoga, she was called to participate in her first teacher training and completed 200hrs in vinyasa flow with Body, Mind, Life in Sydney, Australia, and 300hrs with Zuna Yoga in tantric hatha, meditation, restorative, and standup paddleboard yoga in Bali, Indonesia. It was in these countries, that she began to explore the soul-nourishing aspects of kirtans, and sound baths and often practiced with teachers playing live music during classes. This is when she realized she could combine her passions of yoga and music with the intention to help people regulate their nervous systems and experience deep cellular relaxation, which she has found extremely beneficial in her own healing journey. She now teaches primarily yin yoga, sound healing, and meditation classes, and hosts public and private sound baths, events, and retreats with other musicians, healers, and organizations that are on a mission to make this world a better place. Meet Emily, a spiritual life coach and the author of four mindfulness books. One of her books, Sunrise Gratitude, was named in “10 Books That Might Just Change Your Life Right Now.” She draws inspiration from nature and writes about how to harness the power of the moon’s cycles. Each month she leads full moon circles in person and online. A student of yoga since 2005, she received her 200hr yoga certification from Awakening Yoga Academy and a Yin Yoga Teacher certification from Trilogy Sanctuary. She is passionate about the healing power of Yin Yoga and is also a Reiki II practitioner; often pairing reiki with her yoga classes. Her mission is to encourage others to harness their bravery to bring their gifts into the world.

After years of working in the corporate world left her feeling burnt out and unfulfilled, she discovered breathwork and found a path back to her authentic self.
