Experience a dynamic sunrise practice on the beach, beginning as the first light touches the shore. This session features an Ashtanga-inspired flow, focusing on approximately 50% of the Primary Series to build intense internal heat and discipline against the sound of the ocean.
While all are welcome, this is an intermediate-level practice with a higher physical demand. We select key poses from the series to help you develop strength and stamina, offering modifications throughout to support your journey.
