This week, we are thrilled to welcome Jessica Huynh Nhu.
An Australian-Vietnamese teacher, Jess blends the traditions of the East (India and Bali) with psychological insights from the West. Her teaching style is deeply restorative, guiding you to experience your body as a "Home" through mindful breathwork and embodiment. Having found deep healing through her own practice, Jess creates a holistic space for you to reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.
